Cutting: Utilizing advanced laser-cutting technology, our Mazak Hyper Turbo-X510 can handle sheets up to 5′ x 10′, stainless steel up to 3/8″ thick, and carbon steel up to 1/2″ thick. This precision allows us to etch lines, shapes, letters, and numbers into the material, ensuring components meet exact specifications.
Bending: We can bend stainless steel up to 1/4″ thick and up to 12 feet in length, including rolling capabilities. We are not able to accommodate intricate bends less than 3/4″ or single sheet metal parts over 5 feet wide or 10 feet long.
Welding: Our preferred Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding technique produces precise welds on various metals and alloys, resulting in durable and sanitary constructions ideal for industries requiring high hygiene standards. We also perform frame welding for tubular, angles, pipe, and channel structures, as well as sheet metal welding.
Finishing: To meet specific industry requirements, we offer finishing techniques such as electrolysis and glass-beading, enhancing the durability and appearance of our fabricated products. Powder coating is available through a trusted local partner.
